Solutions

No image is displayed.

The screen is on standby.

Ensure that the screen is not on standby.

The screen is frozen.

The system memory is saturated.

Restart the system by pressing and holding on:

  • the multimedia stop/start button (press and hold until the system restarts);

or

  • the "Mode" button and the "Source" button on the left-hand side of the steering column control (press and hold until the system restarts).

The camera is displayed on the screen incorrectly.

The camera is covered in dirt that obscures the lens.

Check that there is no mud or dirt on the camera.

No sound can be heard.

The volume is set to minimum or pause.

Increase the volume or deactivate pause.

No sound comes from the left, right, front or rear speakers.

The Balance or fader settings are incorrect.

Adjust the sound Balance or fader correctly.

The connected services in my "My Alpine" app do not work.

Poor reception of the multimedia system/telephone internet network.

Synchronisation problem with the My Alpine service.

Move the vehicle and the phone to an area covered by the Internet network.

If there is still a problem, contact an Approved Dealer.

The services or applications are not operating.

The subscription is suspended.

The multimedia system's internet connection is no longer available.

Check the status of your subscription on the portal of the internet provider accessible from your "My Alpine" account contract page (you must first connect to your "My Alpine" account in your vehicle).

Use your telephone's "Access point and connection sharing" to access an internet connection (see information on "System settings" System settings).
