The phone does not appear in the list of available phones. The system is not communicating with the phone.Make sure that your phone's Bluetooth® is activated. If the phone still doesn't appear, select the multimedia system from the list of devices on your phone.
The phone appears in the list of paired phones, but pairing fails. The pairing code has not been confirmed.Confirm the code on the multimedia system and on the phone.

No sounds or ringtone can be heard.

The mobile phone is not connected to the system.

The volume is set to minimum or pause.

Ensure that the mobile phone is connected to the system. Increase the volume or deactivate pause.

Impossible to make a call.

The mobile phone is not connected to the system.

The phone keypad has been locked.

Ensure that the mobile phone is connected to the system. Unlock the phone keypad.

Apple CarPlay™ or Android Auto™ replication is not operating.

The telephone is not connected or is not compatible with the system.

Check the compatibility of the telephone with these applications. Check that the telephone is properly connected to the system.
