X= Seat not suitable for fitting child seats of this type.

U= Seat allowing a child seat with "Universal" approval to be attached by seat belt: check that it can be fitted correctly.

(2) Raise the seat to the maximum, position it as far back as possible and raise the seatback until almost upright.

(3) The front passenger seat must be fitted with a control to move the seat forwards or backwards and a control to raise or lower the seat base in order to fit a child seat.

Check the status of the airbag before fitting a child seat or allowing a passenger to use the seat.

Seat equipped for attaching a "Universal" approved seat using a seatbelt.

Check that your child is always strapped in and that the belt or safety harness used is correctly set and adjusted Seat belts.

As the child seats are incompatible, it is strictly prohibited to fit a child seat on the passenger seat that is fitted with a safety harness .
