Depending on the vehicle, the DRIVE MODE system provides a choice of several driving modes that influence the driving, ambient lighting and comfort:

  • all the modes are preconfigured and can be customised (ambient lighting, etc.);
  • the "Perso" mode is customisable.

The driving modes affect:

  • steering force;
  • the Electronic Stability Program;
  • engine responsiveness.

They also influence:

  • the lighting in the passenger compartment and on the instrument panel;
  • the presentation of the instrument panel and the multimedia screen.
tip

Engine settings are specific to each of the driving modes and cannot be customised except for the "Perso" mode.

Accessing the menu

You can access DRIVE MODE, depending on the vehicle:

  • from the multimedia screen 1;
  • using the steering wheel control 2.

tip

If the Normal or Save modes are selected before the ignition is switched off, the last mode selected will be retained.

When the Sport mode is selected before the ignition is switched off, the Normal mode will be automatically activated upon restarting.

DRIVE MODE modes

"Save" mode

"Save" mode is focused on energy saving. The engine management reduces consumption Driving advice, eco-driving.

"Normal" mode

Using standard vehicle settings, this mode gives you the best compromise between comfort and dynamism.

"Sport" mode

This mode authorises increased engine responsiveness. The steering is firmer.

"Perso" mode

This mode allows the complete configuration of the driving elements, including engine responsiveness.

Note: if agility control and Track mode are activated (depending on the vehicle), the adaptive cruise control is deactivated.

"Track" mode

(depending on the vehicle)

This mode delays interventions of the ESC system and traction control.

Note: In Track mode:

  • the emergency brake assist is deactivated in the event of heavy deceleration;
  • the adaptive cruise control is deactivated.
tip

You can reset the settings mode by mode.

Air conditioning " Eco " setting

This parameter is available for each of the DRIVE MODE modes, allowing you to optimise the vehicle's range by acting on the performance of the air conditioning (for example: delaying the time it takes to reach the requested temperature setpoint, etc.) Driving advice, eco-driving.

From the multimedia screen 1, you can activate or deactivate it in the DRIVE MODE configuration menu.

Upon activation, a ECO warning light 3 is displayed on the multimedia screen 1.
